Despite it’s horrible name, The Pony Bar is a welcome addition to Hell’s Kitchen.  Armed with its All American Craft Beers theme, the bar’s selection of beers is definitely its strength.  Upon opening, its 20 taps and 2 casks were overflowing with excellent brews from such micros as Sixpoint, Left Hand, The Bruery and Great Divide.  Every indication is that the selections will be constantly changing and the quality will not diminish.  While there is nothing exceptional about the atmosphere, it is a pleasant spot to spend some time after work.  Now someone just needs to tip them off that their bottles of Bud are not, in fact, American.
