Once barren, DUMBO is steadily transforming into a haven for hipsters who will soon resent all the yuppies purchasing area condos.  Wherever you fit into that equation, though, you will enjoy reBar.  A large lounge, reBar somehow defies the laws of physics by being simultaneously enormous and cozy.  The orange, candlelit glow with both stylized and actual separations between areas allows you and your friends to feel alone even when the place is full.  The Beerlord’s favorite spot is the side room.  Filled with books, couches and a pool table, it’s the best area for a small group to kick it in peace.  The taps are constantly rotating and bottles have the best of Belgium, so a good beer is never lacking.  Bottom Line: Don’t worry about the lack of other Beerlord bars in the vicinity, because you won’t want to leave.

Call first to make sure reBar is open to the public.  It is often closed for special events.

2 Large TVs in the side room  Guest can selection the stations, which makes them more likely to be on The Cartoon Network than ESPN.

Pool Table

Huge, warmly lit lounge with numerous couches and separate areas.  Great place for parties, club meetings and séances.

FOOD/SPIRITS

Pub food is served along with a decent wine list.
