I’m not sure whether it’s stranger that there’s a Swedish bar/restaurant in the middle of Chinatown or the fact that it’s that damn good. The food is so good that it places GW on the bubble as to whether it’s Beerlord eligible or just a restaurant that serves great beer. But the easy atmosphere, prominent bar, late nights and excellent taps push it over the top. The deer’s head behind the bar was an important consideration also. Not that hanging part of a dead animal is enough, but when it spoke to me I knew the choice to make. Weather permitting, sitting outside is a must.
