The energetic owner of East Village Tavern will quickly describe to you the process behind his Monday morning beer ordering.  “I feel like a stock trader” he starts “I make the calls, see what’s available and then Buy! Buy! Buy!  Clipper City?  Buy!  Troegs?  Buy!  Dogfish?  Buy!  It’s Great!”  While that all sounds fun for him, the best part is where he sells it to you.  Carrying only craft beers, there are always excellent selections at reasonable prices.  The décor is simple, but pleasant and the outdoor tables provide a great place to spend a summer evening.  All-in-all, a spot worthy of its name.
